I have been more productive in four weeks of this coaching than I was in the last four years of my business

Before this, I was overwhelmed with information and I didn’t have a system to put it into any kind of framework. I had worked with coaches before. What’s different here is that he doesn’t let me off the hook, and I’m not doing it alone. I have somebody checking my work, so it isn’t just me living in the clouds.

He took all of that nebulous data and put it into a map. I have been more productive in four weeks of this coaching than I was in the last four years of my business. I got my masterclass finished, and I’m proud of myself. On all fronts I’m better for having been exposed to the practices.

The part I didn’t expect is that it reached past the work. My ability to communicate with my partner has significantly shifted since Vision and I started working together, and the conversations are flowing with ease.

This is the first time I’ve been really given the permission and the encouragement to look at my own story and see what the problem was. I’m not actually helpless. I can go to my coach and say I don’t know how to make an offer, but I have these tools, and I have this desire to help and serve.
